A new position has been created to support the Commercial Finance Director in delivering beneficial change and growth across the group to support the Strategic Objectives in the next stage of the business’s life.

Candidate Profile
It is likely that you will be a fully qualified accountant ( ACCA/ACA/CIMA) however candidates who feel that they are qualified by experience will also be considered.
First and foremost, you will be an exceptional finance professional with robust experience and the ability to analyse any aspect of business from the finance perspective. Equally important is that you are as capable to analyse situations giving due consideration of other business functions and practical real world perspectives too, as this role will need to work directly with colleagues across the business and directly relates to other functions such as business operations, marketing, sales and customer services
You should be willing and eager to take responsibility, be challenged and be held accountable. You will possess an extremely strong determination to relentlessly pursue optimal performance by analysing, understanding, exploring, identifying, and implementing optimal solutions and improvements wherever required by working with relevant colleagues and then reporting during post implementation to ensure delivery.
This role will require diligence, determination, analytical skills, organisational skills, a positive “can do” attitude, communication skills, office suite skills, and an ability to work effectively with colleagues of all levels and from all functions across the business.
